Participants should be in good physical condition and comfortable with moderate physical activity. Activities may include walking or hiking for 3-6 hours on uneven or muddy terrain, with som elevation gain and exposure to heat and humidity. High Altitude Advisory: several hikes take place at elevations above 10,000 feet (3,000 meters).
🚫 This tour is not recommended for participants with:
Knee or joint problems, due to steep descents and long hikes
Cardiac or respiratory conditions, due to physical exertion at high elevations
Claustrophobia, especially for the caving experience at Jumandi Caves
