Trip Host (Internationally)

Ma’wa Trip Hosts are an extension of our community. They help create the welcoming and supportive environment that makes a Ma’wa experience feel different from joining any other group tour.

We’re looking for women within our community who love bringing people together, naturally step into leadership, and are excited to help other women feel confident exploring the world.

To be considered as a Ma’wa Trip Host, you must:

  • Have attended at least 1–2 Ma’wa group trips

  • Be an active member of the Ma’wa online community platform

  • Have a genuine interest and experiance in organization, logistics, and leadership

  • Confident in supporting women through travel, adventure, and new experiences

The best Ma’wa Trip Hosts are natural leaders who lead with empathy, maturity, and good judgment.

You may be a great fit if you are someone who:

  • Makes people feel welcomed, included, and comfortable

  • Is attentive to individual needs and can recognize when someone may need extra support

  • Is emotionally aware and discerning when navigating different personalities and group dynamics

  • Communicates clearly, calmly, and respectfully

  • Is dependable, organized, and comfortable taking initiative

  • Can remain grounded and solutions-oriented when plans change or challenges arise

  • Understands that every traveler arrives with a different level of experience, confidence, and comfort

  • Genuinely enjoys helping women feel prepared and excited to step outside of their comfort zones

During the experience, you’ll serve as the liaison between Ma’wa participants and our on-the-ground guides, operators, and partners. While our local partners are responsible for guiding and operating the itinerary, you’ll be there to represent the Ma’wa community and help foster the culture of sisterhood and connection we want every trip to have.

At this time, Ma’wa Trip Host roles are not paid positions.

Instead, selected hosts receive the opportunity to join and host designated Ma’wa trips at no trip cost. Your core trip experience including the accommodations, activities, and services included in the participant trip package will be covered by Ma’wa.

This is an opportunity for women who already love the Ma’wa community to travel, develop their leadership skills, and play a meaningful role in creating incredible experiences for other women.

Why Ma’wa
